David Choi in Toronto
Man… what a day/night this whole event was. So many things surprised me for the better about this show, which ended up making it an absolutely incredible experience.
I made it downtown around 5pm, searched for food (as usual), then headed to the venue around 5:30pm which was when David was doing some interviews/setting up. The doors opened shortly after, fans started strolling in small groups, which gave me the impression that there would only be about 100-200 people max for this show. Boy was I wrong lol.
We were also told by Phil (David’s tour manager), that a fan was planning to propose to his girlfriend on stage at some point during the show so needless to say, we were ALL quite excited and looking forward to that.
The show went great, the girl said yes, HUNDREDSSSSS of fans ended up coming, I saw some familiar faces, and we all had a blast. We all ended up heading to “Goldstone Noodle House” afterwards, a dope chinese spot that’s open late, and had some good laughs there.
Shout out to Jane and Annabelle first and foremost, thank you for bringing me out. Shout out to Alex, Sylvia, Priscilla, Sandy, Sarah, and everyone else I met at the show. Shout out to Phil, you did an amazing job planning and keeping the show running smooth good sir. And of course, shout out to David Choi and his band, good luck with the rest of the tour guys.

(thank you Annabelle for that last photo, aka the only photo I have with me and David lmao)
